Who better than Scouts, ScoutParents and Eagle ScoutParents to help their Families, Neighbors and Communities with Emergency Survival Preparedness? To 'Be Prepared' takes time, awareness and a personal investment. Here is an opportunity to help raise ESP Community Awareness and Funds to support the Scouting Experience.
Today, in every neighborhood and community, Emergency Survival Preparedness is on every person's mind. Actions speak louder than words. Start today to 'Be Prepared' and help Scouts, ScoutParents and Eagle ScoutParents to continue to 'Be Prepared'.
The Eagle ScoutParents (ESP's) Program starts with the BSA Council. The Program has been structured to help each BSA Council to re-connect Parents of Eagle Scouts and Eagle Scouts with the Scouting Program.
ESP's are experienced ScoutParents that want to and will help enhance scouting participation in every community and to support the Eagle ScoutParents Emergency Survival Preparedness Programs. This program includes an Alternate Revenue Kampaign (ARK) III Kit which can be used for unit fund raising in conjunction with their associated BSA Councils. ARK Order Forms will be provided to the BSA Councils for their Units.
Following confirmation of your Unit participation in the program by your BSA Council, ESP Order Forms will 'Be Prepared' and distributed by the BSA Council to the participating Units.
Scouts and ScoutParents will complete the ESP ARK III Kit Order Forms. The order forms will be collected and consolidated by the BSA Councils and then be submitted for procurement.
Payment
Payment will be made on each ESP order.
Order Fulfillment and Delivery
Following the BSA Council order, fulfillment and delivery will be scheduled. The BSA Council will be notified on fulfillment of the BSA Council Order and an acceptable delivery time will be scheduled and confirmed.
Product Distribution
All Units will pick up their Kits at the BSA Council. The Units will distribute the product as per their ARK III Kit Order Forms.
This is an important part of the revenue-generating process; as,
(1) Shipping and Handling costs are minimized; and
(2) There is an incentive for Units to pick up the product and get paid; and
(3) At all times, the BSA Council has control of their portion of the earned revenue.

Start by asking "Are Your Prepared for an Emergency"?
First, start Your 'Be Prepared' course of action. Second, buy one or more ESP ARK III Kits, as the first step in the process of ESP Awareness and Preparation. Third, put Your ESP ARK III Kit where you can get to it when you need it.
One Product - One Price
The ESP ARK III retails for $20 per unit. The cost per unit (when delivered to Your BSA Council in a pallet of 50 cartons of 12 units or 600 units) is $14 per unit or $148 per case of 12 units.
This fixed-fee pricing system allows for a 30%-on-Gross Earned Revenue, which equals $6 per unit and $72 per case of 12 units.
This pricing system includes freight charges, which have been averaged to allow for a 'Same-and-Equal' revenue-generating opportunity for all BSA Councils throughout the United States.
